Wine Tasting and Mediterranean Cookery

The courses are held daily at the Winery.

The aim of the holiday is for everyone to meet at the Winery for a communal breakfast provided by George and Eleni using produce from their farm (which is free-range and as organic as possible - depending on availability). 

This is to be followed by the cookery course which takes place between 10am and 2pm.

Then lunch, which will have been made during the morning's cookery class followed by 'Freetime'!

The Wine tasting courses will take place between 6 and 10pm.  For the wine tasting there will be snacks available (for appreciation of the wine and food combining).
